By "dwarf fish" do you mean Dwarf Gourami or Dwarf Puffer? Actually, it doesn't really matter because I wouldn't suggest putting it with either. Tricolor Sharks (AKA Bala Sharks) are VERY active schooling fish that attain an impressive size (more than a foot as adults). Dwarf Gouramis and Dwarf Puffers are both very placid fish, and the constant darting and nipping from a group of MUCH larger fish will be VERY stressful. I would no recommend it at all.
